Set up by Galway brothers Eugene & Ronan Greaney, The Dough Bros started a food truck back in 2013 and has evolved the pizza game in Ireland reach 15th best pizzeria in the world! Not to mention countless plaudits and awards as best pizza makers in Ireland. The McKenna Guide says it best; "When you eat a slice of The Dough Bros - you eat a slice of Irish culture."
