The Galway Hooker Irish Whiskey has officially been launched at O’Connell’s Bar! Dark gold in colour, this unique blend delivers an intense fruit flavour that is complimented by spice notes, gentle vanilla qualities and a delightful finish. It’s a fine whiskey that was finished in a Banyuls cask from the Basque region. The captivating bottle design is influenced by the River Corrib, the Galway Bay, and the iconic Galway Hookers that once served as fishing boats for the locals, and so each bottle represents Galway’s rich history.
